Welcome to Brow Wood... ...an age-targeted Community for Active Adults, strategically located only 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, high atop beautiful Lookout Mountain, one mile south of Covenant College and set amidst more than 150 acres of unspoiled woodlands and valley vistas.

Consistent with the concept of an active adult community, the Brow Wood Homeowners Association has low monthly dues to provide and maintain community infrastructure, protect property values with careful architectural guidelines, and plan Community activities.

Currently, HOA dues are $142 per month. There has been no increase in dues in eight years. Lawn maintenance and sewer service is also provided for completed homes at a monthly cost of $165 and $55 respectively. All of these charges are billed quarterly.
